Brookside Health and Wellness (BHW) is nurse-managed health center located at 14689 Garrett Highway on the lower level of the newly constructed log office building within the 219 Business Center in Oakland, MD. Owned and operated by Rachel Friend-Lantz, BHW has patient exam rooms, ADA compliant exam tables, and a laboratory.
Brookside Health and Wellness is dedicated to assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing all health problems, deficiencies, and circumstances that are unique to each of our individual patients.
